Pasta with a distinctive fish flavour and intense black colour from squid which is retained during cooking and does not leave any residue in the water. Excellent when mixed in various amounts with "Classical Medium Spaghetti", as they have the same cooking times and produce a much more attractive and richer “seafood pasta” dish.
